They’d tell us a baby girl’s size doesn’t determine her value. They’d tell us we missed out on an entire generation of teachers and doctors, fathers and mothers, maybe even presidents. They’d ask us why we played God as we destroyed their precious lives. Adolph Hitler would be proud of this great holocaust called abortion. The blood of these innocent babies is on the hands of our nation’s leaders as well as anyone who has voted in favor of these gruesome murders. Whatever is morally wrong cannot be politically correct. But even abortion, as ruthless an act as it is, is a sin that can be forgiven by God.

I cannot believe that bad people like that should be forgiven. And so many really nice people who make a mistake by saying something without thinking won’t be going to heaven because they say something thoughtless.
It is in the Bible that blashphemy is the only unforgivable sin and these people I know are very nice but might let a
sin slip out of their mouths. I can’t think of them going to hell when so many other people do so much worse things and will get forgiven.

Your position isn’t in the Bible. If we lie to a friend, no big deal, to our spouse, it gets worse, to a judge, we could end up in prison, but when we lie to GOD, we have committed a crime against the Highest Authority possible and we have to give an account to Him. We can’t cover up or undo that lie with doing good things. It is like trying to wax the judge’s car so he won’t punish you for murder. These aren’t little mistakes. They are big sins against a Holy and Angry but Good God. You broke God’s law and since He is good He must punish. The wonderful thing is that He punished His own Son so you can be forgiven. So that you could worship Him because He is so kind. That offer is open for EVERYONE WHO REPENTS and TRUSTS IN JESUS. Even the worst murderer or rapist. Remember how Jesus forgave the criminal on the cross?
